Tough but Fair

Billy Masden is a long-time resident of Magnolia Texas. He has lived in our community for over 50 years. He graduated from Magnolia High School in 1981.
For over 35 years he has served our community in law enforcement. Billy’s reputation is Tough but Fair. Billy holds a Masters Peace Officer License. He is a retired Captain with Precent 5 Constable Department. In 2017 he was awarded the Paul Harris award from the Magnolia Rotary Club. He is a School Resource Officer with Precinct 5 Constable Office at Lyon Elementary.
Over the years Billy has supported numerous charities and organizations in our community. Billy is a member of Magnolia Cowboy Church. Billy is a very proud Dad. He truly cares about his community, and he wants to continue to serve in a different capacity. He wants to be Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5 in Montgomery County.
